Qualifikationsziele des Moduls

Students gain insights in the different approaches towards protection of interests of consumers, creditors, shareholders and stakeholders (3) and towards corporate governance in Germany as well as other the member states of the European Union (3). For this purpose students know about the corporate law systems in these countries (i. a. Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain) (3). Furthermore, Students know about Corporate Social Responsibility (3), EU-Competition law (3), EU-Insolvency (3) law and the attempts of the European Union to harmonize national corporate laws (3).
